A wonderfully light Christmas pudding in colour and in texture just how Nanna showed me how to make over 30 years ago. Made with Irish Stout and French brandy.IngredientsRaisins, currants, sultanas, vegetarian suet, sugar, flour, mixed nuts, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, free range eggs, breadcrumbs, Irish Stout, French brandy and mixed spices. Suitable for vegetarians All of our Christmas puddings come in two sizes.
Heating InstructionsSteam - Christmas puddings I think benefit more from steaming as a reheating process rather than microwaving. Remove outer packaging and place in a colander over a pan of boiling water for approximately one hour or two (depending on size). ServingInvert the pudding on to a warmed plate and serve with brandy butter, double cream or custard. |
