My Cointreau Christmas puddings contain orange juice, orange peel and a generous slug of Cointreau. This gives the pudding a lovely orangey flavour and is something a little bit different for your Christmas table.

Ingredients

Raisins, currants, sultanas, vegetarian suet, sugar, flour, fresh lemon juice, lemon peel, free range eggs, breadcrumbs, Guinness, French brandy, Cointreau and mixed spices.
