Over 30 years ago Nanna Allen taught me how to make a Christmas pudding from a recipe she had used all of her married life. Using simple ingredients and no added preservatives, colourings or flavours, our puddings are handmade ensuring the fruit stays juicy and whole, creating a wonderfully light and crumbly texture for you to enjoy at your Christmas table.

 We also specialise in homemade steamed puddings from Raspberry to Chocolate and Spotted Dick to Lemon Curd. All good old fashioned puddings and our biggest success by far is the classic Golden Syrup.

Our puddings are currently sold at events across the country but with this site we can offer everyone a taste from a bygone era - delivered straight to your door.

There is no secret to our puddings. We make them in the same way as our parents and grandparents did before us.
