A lovely orange flavoured Christmas pudding. Something a little different from the Traditional
Cointreau Christmas puddings contain orange oil and a generous shot of Cointreau. This gives the pudding a lovely orangey flavour and is something a little bit different for your Christmas table.
Raisins, currants, sultanas, vegetarian suet, sugar, wheat flour(Gluten), mixed nuts(Containing Peanuts, Walnuts, Sesame seed oil, may contain traces of other nuts), fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, powdered eggs, breadcrumbs(Gluten), Irish Stout(Barley), French brandy, mixed spices, orange oil, Cointreau.

Storage - A cool dark place
Steam - Christmas puddings I think benefit more from steaming as a reheating process rather than microwaving. Remove outer packaging and place in a colander over a pan of boiling water for approximately one hour.
Microwave - Remove outer packaging and place in the microwave. Cook on full power for three minutes, let it rest for two minutes. Microwave on full power for one more minute and let it rest again for two minutes. Based on a 900 watt machine.
Invert the pudding on to a warmed plate and serve with brandy butter, double cream or custard.
