Bacon and onion suet pudding
An old Norfolk pudding, with tasty British bacon and onion rolled in a suet crust. Serves 2
British bacon, onion, suet, flour and pepper
This pudding has a 5 day shelf life but is suitable for home freezing.
Oven - Remove outer wrapping. Place in heatproof dish cover with foil, bake for 60mins at 170oF
Microwave - Remove outer wrapping. Place on plate, microwave on full power for 3 mins (900w)
