Steak and Ale Pudding

A traditional handmade pudding full of tender meat and gravy. Serves 2

Ingredients – Beef suet, flour, water, salt, pepper and ale.

Shelf life

This pudding has a 5 day shelf life but is suitable for home freezing.

Heating instructions

Reheat in the container (with the lid on) for 1.5hrs over a pan of boiling water or microwave on high for 4 minutes.
