Ingredients
Raisins, currants, sultanas, vegetarian suet, sugar, flour, mixed nuts, fresh lemon juice, lemon peel, free range eggs, breadcrumbs, Guinness, French brandy and mixed spices.
This pudding has a 10-day shelf life but is suitable for home freezing.
Puddings required for Chjristmas will need to be frozen.
