A wonderfully light Christmas pudding in colour and in texture just how Nanna showed me how to make 31 years ago. Made with Guinness and French brandy.
Ingredients
Raisins, currants, sultanas, vegetarian suet, sugar, flour, mixed nuts, fresh lemon juice, lemon peel, free range eggs, breadcrumbs, Guinness, French brandy and mixed spices.
This pudding has a 10-day shelf life but is suitable for home freezing.
Puddings required for Chjristmas will need to be frozen.
